Culture makers and representatives from the Cities Halls in the Baixo São Francisco Region have an appointment set in Penedo next Wednesday, 25, date set to the Intercities Conference of Culture.
The event happens at the Escola Estadual Professor Ernani Méro gymnasium, with confirmed presence of the host city’s authorities and also from the cities of Igreja Nova, Piaçabuçu, Porto Real do Colégio, and São Brás.
Along with the riverside cities, the conference whose theme is “Democracy and Right to the Culture” should also count with the participation of representatives from Feliz Deserto and Olho d’Água Grande.
The participants’ accreditation will happen at 8 a.m., with official opening at 9 a.m., followed by its schedule, that anticipates debates, cultural presentations proposals and delegates definitions to the state conference, stage that precedes the national conference.
